we need an apartment with 2 bathrooms.....does each one have the facility of a toilet?

All of our apartments have the same distribution, one double room with an en-suite bathroom and another room with two twin beds, a second bathroom (each bathroom has the facility of a toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.

The early check-in at 2 pm always depends on the avaliability. But you can leave your luggage with us in the Reception until the check-in.

Hello, We are arriving Sunday, May 01 in the afternoon. What’s the process to collect they keys for the apartment?

As your arrival is on weekend, our reception is closed. But we will leave the keys to your apartment in a lock-box with a personalized code that is in the lobby of the building. We will send you the instructions and codes before your arrival.

We have a train out the evening we check out. Is there a way to store luggage there after we check out until our trail leaves that evening?

Our check out is at 11 am because we need to clean the apartment for the following guests but you are welcome to leave your luggage in our office until 6pm

We need to work and study remotely during our stay. How fast is the internet? How is the wifi coverage?

We have four lines that are shared by all the neighbors on the building. Some of them are working remotely and so far we have had no complains about the speed. Our office is in the building and we use the same wifi.

You have 2 different ways to reach the apartment from Sants station: 1) Take a taxi, This will cost around 20€ depending on traffic and it will take about 15-20 minutes 2) Metro, L5 line from Sants station to the Verdaguer stop

The apartment was only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Barcelona. There were several eateries close by which offered great food and prices. This is a great location and the room facing the central courtyard was fantastic.

A lovely apartment in the best city in Europe
Great location. Very close to everything. Barcelona doesn’t feel overcrowded like Paris so it is very nice to stay close to the center.
The smaller bedroom had a window onto the stairwell and when other tenants are using the stairwell it can get loud especially late night and early morning. If you plan to use the smaller bedroom, I suggest letting the building manager know if you are bothered by the loud noise and they may be able to help you.

very roomy, comfortable, very clean with good amenities.
the master bedroom didn’t have a lock on the door. The lift( elevator) was very small.
