Are there toiletries provided? How frequently is the apartment cleaned?
Yes, we include some toiletries, amenities, a welcome box and a cleaning kit. The apartments have included the check-out cleaning. Also, you have a free cleaning for an every 8 nights
we need an apartment with 2 bathrooms.....does each one have the facility of a toilet?
All of our apartments have the same distribution, one double room with an en-suite bathroom and another room with two twin beds, a second bathroom (each bathroom has the facility of a toilet) and a fully equipped kitchen.
Is Early check in at 2pm available? or Can I store my lugage before check in? Thank you
The early check-in at 2 pm always depends on the avaliability. But you can leave your luggage with us in the Reception until the check-in.
Hello, We are arriving Sunday, May 01 in the afternoon. What’s the process to collect they keys for the apartment?
As your arrival is on weekend, our reception is closed. But we will leave the keys to your apartment in a lock-box with a personalized code that is in the lobby of the building. We will send you the instructions and codes before your arrival.

The only place you can smoke is on the balcony. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment.
We have a train out the evening we check out. Is there a way to store luggage there after we check out until our trail leaves that evening?
Our check out is at 11 am because we need to clean the apartment for the following guests but you are welcome to leave your luggage in our office until 6pm

We need to work and study remotely during our stay. How fast is the internet? How is the wifi coverage?
We have four lines that are shared by all the neighbors on the building. Some of them are working remotely and so far we have had no complains about the speed. Our office is in the building and we use the same wifi.

You have 2 different ways to reach the apartment from Sants station: 1) Take a taxi, This will cost around 20€ depending on traffic and it will take about 15-20 minutes 2) Metro, L5 line from Sants station to the Verdaguer stop
